Pattern Recognition, Recommendation Systems

In 2017, I graduated with a bachelor's degree in Statistics and Actuarial-Financial Mathematics from the University of the Aegean, fulfilling my dream of helping people by solving real-life problems using math.

Motivated by the rapid developments in the field of Artificial Intelligence, I continued my studies by enrolling in the Data Science and Information Technologies (DSIT) master's degree program at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, from which I graduated in 2020.

For the past three years, I have been a research associate at the Athena Research Center, focusing on the development of systems that aid users in data exploration. Since 2022, I have been pursuing a Ph.D. in Recommender Systems at the Doctoral School of Informatics and Mathematics at the University of Grenoble Alpes, supervised by Georgia Koutrika and Sihem Amer-Yahia.
